TwoColumn

Text column plus image column. Body content goes in the default slot — full Astro markup, no HTML string escaping. imagePosition swaps sides visually while keeping text first in the DOM for screen readers. ratio controls column proportions. imageStyle="cover" fills the column; imageStyle="natural" preserves the image's aspect ratio. No-image mode expands the text column to a comfortable reading width.

One Team from First Call to Final Walkthrough

Most builders hand the project off between design and construction. EverOak doesn't. The same team that draws your plans manages your build — which means every decision made in design gets implemented the way it was intended.

From lot sourcing and permit drawings through to final finishes and post-build support, you have one point of contact throughout. No handoffs, no lost context, no explaining your project from the beginning to someone new.

What HCRA Licensing Actually Means for You

The Home Construction Regulatory Authority licenses and regulates new home builders in Ontario. A licensed builder has passed background checks, met financial requirements, and is legally accountable for the homes they build.

In practice this means: if something goes wrong with your new home, you have legal recourse. You're not dealing with an unlicensed contractor and hoping for the best. EverOak is fully licensed and registered with Tarion — Ontario's mandatory new home warranty program — for every new home we build.

ADUs That Are Legal, Livable, and Built to Last

A backyard suite or basement apartment is one of the most practical investments a homeowner in the Halton region can make right now. EverOak handles the full scope: feasibility review, permit drawings, construction, and final inspection.

The finished unit is legal, properly permitted, and built to the standard of any other project we take on — not a cost-cut secondary build.

Renovations Done Without the Drama

EverOak renovations are designed and built as one coherent project. We develop the design with you, establish a realistic budget, and deliver on schedule — whether it's a kitchen, a main floor, or a complete interior overhaul.

We don't subcontract project management. The person managing your site is the same person you spoke with in the first meeting.

Our Commitment After the Build

EverOak's relationship with a client doesn't end at the door. We offer ongoing maintenance support and warranty coordination after every project — so if something comes up six months after handover, you're not starting from scratch trying to find someone to fix it.

For new home builds, this includes full Tarion warranty coverage and our own workmanship warranty on every element of the project.

Our Approach

Design and Construction Under One Roof

Design-build means you work with one team from initial concept through to the finished home. There's no gap between what the architect drew and what the builder built — because it's the same company.

This reduces errors, keeps communication clean, and gives you a single point of accountability throughout the project.
